Estimates & Service Recommendations 

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection, testing, or service request. Additional conditions or required work may become apparent during installation, repair, or servicing.

Filtration System Performance

Installation, Repair & Maintenance

Customers are responsible for following recommended maintenance schedules, including filter, cartridge, membrane, media, salt, or other consumable replacement requirements applicable to their system. 

Failure to properly maintain equipment may affect performance and applicable warranties. 

Customer Responsibilities 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property, plumbing, water source, existing equipment, and known water-quality concerns. 

Customers must also provide safe and reasonable access to the areas necessary to inspect, install, maintain, or repair water treatment equipment. 

Payments 

Payment terms will be communicated through the applicable estimate, service agreement, or invoice. Customers are responsible for approved charges associated with labor, equipment, materials, testing, and services provided. 

Prices and service rates may change without prior notice. 

Scheduling & Cancellations 

Appointments may occasionally be affected by emergencies, weather, traffic, equipment availability, parts availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. 

Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. 

Warranties 

Certain filtration systems, components, filters, and replacement parts may include manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms, limitations, exclusions, registration requirements, and approval. 

Any workmanship warranty provided by Pure Tek Water Filtration will be communicated with the applicable service, estimate, or agreement.
